TAQWRIGHT LIME
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Copyright (c) 2026 TAQWRIGHT PTE. LTD. All rights reserved.

Version 1.0. Last updated: 3 August 2026.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. It contains a limitation of the Licensor's
liability in clause 14 and a dispute resolution clause in clause 19. If You do
not agree to it, do not install or use the Software, and remove it from Your
systems.

"Agreement" means this End User License Agreement, together with the Service
Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA, each incorporated by
reference.

the Software.

"DPA" means the Licensor's data processing agreement, where one is entered into
between You and the Licensor.

"Privacy Policy" means the Licensor's privacy policy, available at
https://www.taqwright.ai/privacy.

"Service" means the LIME server service operated by the Licensor, together with
its associated APIs, whether accessed at https://www.taqwright.ai or at another

supplement the Licensor provides.

"You" means the individual or legal entity installing or using the Software.

"Your Content" means the goals You enter, the screenshots and application data
the Software captures from the device or application under test, the recorded
test steps produced, and any workspace content You cause the Software to
transmit.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORITY

By installing or using the Software, or by accepting this Agreement where the
Software or the Service presents it to You, You agree to be bound by it.

If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, You
represent that You have authority to bind that entity, and "You" refers to that
entity. If You lack that authority, You must not accept this Agreement or use
the Software.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants You a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable
license to install and use the Software, solely as a client for accessing the
Service, and solely for Your internal business or personal purposes.

This is a license, not a sale. No rights are granted other than those expressly
stated here. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

  (a) copy, redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise
      make the Software available to any third party;

  (b) modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software;

  (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or attempt to
derive its source code or underlying ideas, except to the extent such an
act is permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction,
      including any act permitted for the purpose of achieving interoperability;

  (d) remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, label or mark in the
      Software;

  (e) use the Software to develop, support or operate any product or service
that competes with the Software or the Service, or connect the Software to
any backend service other than the Service, except where the Software's
own configuration settings expressly provide for a different endpoint and
      You use that facility in accordance with the Documentation;

  (f) use the Software to test, drive, access or interact with any application,
device, account or system that You are not authorized to access, or to
      process data You are not entitled to process;

  (g) use the Software in the testing, development or validation of any system
where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or
      environmental damage; or

  (h) use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The Licensor's names, logos and product names are the Licensor's trademarks.
Nothing in this Agreement grants You any right to use them.

5. THE SERVICE AND RELATED AGREEMENTS

The Software is a client and has no standalone functionality. Access to and use
of the Service, including accounts, subscription plans, AI credits, usage limits
and billing, is governed by the Service Terms. The Licensor's handling of
personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA.

Each of those documents is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the
event of conflict, the following order of precedence applies: the DPA, then the
Service Terms, then this Agreement, then the Privacy Policy.

The Licensor may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it,
in accordance with the Service Terms.

6. UPDATES, PRE-RELEASE VERSIONS, AND CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

The Software may update automatically through the extension marketplace from
which it was installed. An update may add, change or remove functionality. This
Agreement governs each update unless the update is accompanied by a separate
license, in which case that license governs.

Any version of the Software identified as alpha, beta, preview, or bearing a
version number below 1.0, is provided for evaluation only. It may be incomplete
or unstable, and clauses 13 and 14 apply to it with full force.

The Licensor may amend this Agreement. The Licensor will give notice of a
material amendment by a reasonable means, which may include notice in the
Software, at the Service, or by email. An amendment takes effect thirty (30)
days after notice. If You continue to use the Software after that date, You
accept the amended Agreement. If You do not accept it, You must stop using the
Software, and Your rights in respect of any prepaid fees are governed by the
Service Terms.

7. DATA AND YOUR CONTENT

7.1 What is transmitted. You acknowledge that, in normal operation, the Software
transmits data from Your machine and from the device or application under test to
the Service, including:

  (a) screenshots of the device or application under test;

  (b) text, element identifiers and locators harvested from the application under
test, together with the goals You enter and the resulting recorded test
      steps;

  (c) questions You enter into the Software's composer, which are processed by
the Service and billed in the manner set out in the Service Terms; and

  (d) where You enable the "lime.matchExistingStyle" setting, selected existing
test files and convention documents from Your workspace, together with a
      file listing and project manifests.

The setting in paragraph (d) is disabled by default. Workspace content is
transmitted only while it is enabled.

7.2 What stays local. Credentials, tokens and API keys You supply are held in the
editor's secret storage on Your machine. Run history is stored locally in the
editor's extension storage.

7.3 Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring You have all rights
and permissions necessary to transmit Your Content, and for not using the
Software with applications containing personal data, regulated data or
third-party confidential information where doing so would breach any obligation
binding on You. Where You are subject to data protection law that requires a
written processing agreement, You must enter into the DPA with the Licensor
before transmitting personal data.

7.4 Use of Your Content. The Licensor uses Your Content solely to provide the
Software and the Service to You, and does not use it to train, fine-tune or
otherwise develop any machine learning model of its own.

Performing a run requires transmitting Your Content to a third-party model
provider identified in clause 8. That provider's handling of the content,
including any retention or use for training, is governed by that provider's own
terms and by the plan under which the applicable key is issued, whether the key
is one You supply or one provisioned for Your account. The Licensor does not
transmit Your Content to any such provider for any purpose other than performing
the operation You requested.

7.5 Privacy. The Licensor processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy
Policy and, where applicable, the DPA.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CHARGES

The Software can connect to third-party services, including BrowserStack,
LambdaTest, Applitools, Google Gemini and Alibaba Qwen. Those services are
provided by their respective owners, not by the Licensor. You are responsible for
obtaining Your own accounts and credentials for them and for complying with their
terms. The Licensor makes no representation or warranty regarding any third-party
service, may cease to support any of them, and is not liable for any of them.

You acknowledge that the Software operates autonomously and that its operation
may consume metered third-party resources billed to You, including device
minutes, test sessions, visual checkpoints and model tokens. You are solely
responsible for all such charges, including those arising from repeated,
prolonged or unintended operation, and the Licensor is not liable for them. You
are responsible for setting any spending limits Your providers make available.

All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Their use in the Software and the Documentation is solely to identify
interoperability.

9. OWNERSHIP

9.1 The Software. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor and its
licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including
all intellectual property rights in it.

9.2 Your Content and output. As between You and the Licensor, You retain all
right, title and interest in Your Content and in the tests, code and other output
generated for You through Your use of the Software and the Service ("Output").
The Licensor claims no ownership in them.

9.3 License to operate. You grant the Licensor a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process and display Your Content
solely to the extent necessary to provide the Software and the Service to You,
and to comply with law. That license ends when the relevant content is deleted,
except for copies retained in routine backups.

9.4 No warranty of exclusivity in Output. Output is generated by machine learning
models. Comparable or identical output may be generated for other users. The
Licensor does not warrant that Output is original, or that it is capable of
protection by copyright or any other right, and nothing in clause 9.2 is a
representation to that effect.

10. FEEDBACK

If You provide the Licensor with suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback
concerning the Software or the Service, You grant the Licensor a perpetual,
irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce,
modify and exploit that feedback without restriction and without obligation to
You. This clause does not apply to any information You have identified in
writing as confidential, and does not grant the Licensor any right in Your
Content.

11. YOUR INDEMNITY

You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and its officers,
employees and agents against any third-party claim, and any resulting loss,
damage, liability, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees), arising
out of or relating to:

  (a) Your use of the Software to test, drive, access or interact with any
      application, device, account or system You were not authorized to access;

  (b) Your Content, including any claim that its transmission or processing
infringed a third party's rights or breached any law, including data
      protection law; or

  (c) Your breach of clause 4 (Restrictions).

The Licensor shall notify You promptly of any such claim, give You control of its
defence, and provide reasonable cooperation at Your expense. You shall not settle
a claim in a way that imposes an obligation or admission on the Licensor without
its prior written consent.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement takes effect when You first install or use the Software, or accept
it, whichever is earlier, and continues until terminated.

It terminates automatically and immediately if You materially breach it and, in
the case of a breach capable of remedy, fail to remedy it within fourteen (14)
days of notice. The Licensor may otherwise terminate it on thirty (30) days'
notice. Termination of this Agreement does not of itself terminate Your
subscription to the Service, which is governed by the Service Terms, and does not
entitle the Licensor to retain prepaid fees for a period after termination except
as the Service Terms provide.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Software
and removing it from Your systems.

On termination You must cease all use of the Software and remove it from Your
systems. Clauses 1, 4, 7.3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 19 survive
termination.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

THE SOFTWARE DRIVES DEVICES AND APPLICATIONS AUTONOMOUSLY AND USES ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE MODELS. ITS ACTIONS AND ITS OUTPUT MAY BE INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR
UNEXPECTED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
OR ERROR FREE, THAT IT WILL DETECT ANY PARTICULAR DEFECT IN AN APPLICATION UNDER
TEST, THAT IT WILL NOT TAKE AN UNINTENDED ACTION ON A DEVICE OR IN AN APPLICATION,
OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE CORRECT OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR REVIEWING ALL OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT, AND FOR OPERATING THE SOFTWARE ONLY
AGAINST ENVIRONMENTS, ACCOUNTS AND DATA WHERE AN UNINTENDED ACTION IS ACCEPTABLE.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any warranty, condition or right that
cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any right You have
as a consumer.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 Excluded loss. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14.2 Cap. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO THE
LICENSOR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO
THE CLAIM, AND (B) ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100).

14.3 Exceptions. Clauses 14.1 and 14.2 do not apply to, and nothing in this
Agreement excludes or limits, liability for:

  (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  (c) Your obligations under clause 11 (Your Indemnity) or Your payment
      obligations under the Service Terms;

  (d) either party's breach of confidentiality obligations; or

  (e) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14.4 Basis of the bargain. You acknowledge that the allocation of risk in this
clause is a fundamental basis of the bargain between the parties, and is
reflected in the fees charged for the Service.

15. EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS

You represent that You are not located in, and are not a national or resident of,
any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that You are not
identified on any restricted or denied party list. You shall not export,
re-export or make the Software available in breach of any applicable export
control or sanctions law.

16. US GOVERNMENT END USERS

The Software is "commercial computer software" and the Documentation is
"commercial computer software documentation" as those terms are used in FAR
12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. Any use, duplication or disclosure by or on behalf of
the United States Government is governed solely by the terms of this Agreement.

17. DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

Where You obtain the Software through a third-party extension marketplace, that
marketplace's terms govern Your acquisition of it. Those terms do not vary this
Agreement, which governs Your use of the Software. The marketplace operator is
not a party to this Agreement and has no obligation or liability in respect of
the Software.

18. GENERAL

This Agreement is the entire agreement between You and the Licensor regarding the
Software and supersedes all prior understandings on that subject. For the
avoidance of doubt, this clause does not exclude the Service Terms, the Privacy
Policy or the DPA, each of which is incorporated under clause 5.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum
extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder shall continue in
force. A failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it.

You may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the Licensor's
prior written consent. The Licensor may assign it to an affiliate, or in
connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all of its assets,
on notice to You.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency or employment
relationship. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to
enforce any of its terms, except that clause 14 is enforceable by the Licensor's
officers, employees and agents.

Notices to the Licensor shall be sent to support@taqwright.ai. Notices to You may
be given in the Software, at the Service, or to the email address associated with
Your account.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without
regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts
for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out
of or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause deprives You, where You are a consumer, of the protection
of any mandatory provision of the law of Your country of habitual residence, or
of any right You have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
